Telegnosis Networks provided Business Development support to a multinational telecommunications company operating in the emerging commercial and government services markets in Afghanistan. We provided recommendations on strategy, pursuit plans, and supported proposal development efforts for several multimillion dollar USG contract wins.
Telegnosis Networks provided Program Management support to clients for multiple DOD contracts in the Afghanistan theater of operations. We identified and provided mentoring and PM support to several local Afghan companies to facilitate system installations and in country delivery of services.
Over a two year period, two $100M IDIQ contracts were awarded to our clients for expansion of the Afghan MOD and MOI Wide Area Networks. We achieved a 70% win rate on Task Orders for MOI contracts and a 50% win rate on MOD Task Orders, resulting in over $5M in revenue for the local Afghan company.
Through its business development efforts, our multinational client partnered with a large prime contractor for establishment of a major cellular communications network in Afghanistan, a contract valued at over $14M.
We supported the Knowledge Management and Lessons Learned Programs for a DOD customer with Systems Engineering, Training, and Analysis Support. The resulting program and knowledge management processes were subsequently adapted as the model for the DOD Joint Lessons Learned Program.
